Summer Shipping

To ensure your wine order is protected from the elements during summer months, we recommend selecting a method of delivery that includes icepacks. Orders without icepacks or express shipping methods may be delayed until temperatures are safer for shipping.

How Ice Pack Shipping Works

We utilize multiple shipping locations so that wine reaches most states within 2-3 days from the time it ships. Ice packs keep your wine from getting above unsafe temperatures during this transit time. The ice packs melt as the wine travels to you. Wine does not arrive chilled.

Please note that a signature from someone 21 years of age or older will be required upon delivery. The carrier will attempt delivery up to three times if no one is present. Consecutive delivery attempts may reduce the effectiveness of the icepacks. If possible, we recommend shipping to a business address or location where someone is available to sign for package on the first delivery attempt.

You may also request a future shipping date during checkout. This allows you to take advantage of securing your favorite wines and then having them ship at your convenience.
