Tasting Notes

In an effort to learn how a combination of vineyards work together, we’ve made this wine differently every year since 2018. The 2021 blend integrates 49% Cabernet from Stagecoach, 34% from Calistoga, 11% from Cypress Ranch, and a sprinkle of Petit Verdot from Sun Lake. The result captures an impressive depth of fruit with supple tannins from an outstanding vintage.
