WINE FLIGHT

2020 Mount Veeder Cabernet Sauvignon
The inaugural vintage of our Mount Veeder Cabernet Sauvignon showcases the depth of the vineyard’s mountain fruit. This wine features aromas of black currant, crushed gravel and dried bay leaf with a kiss of violet. Dense notes of blackberry, black plum, dark chocolate and cedar are revealed on the structured palate and linger through the silky, rich finish.

2021 Stagecoach Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon
This exceptional Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced entirely from Stagecoach, and boasts aromas of strawberry compote, crème de cassis, pie crust, ripe black cherry and cola. Notes of boysenberry, raspberry leaf, earth, black tea, hazelnut and turbinado sugar alight on the palate. The opulent and rich body and chewy tannins, that are emblematic of this iconic vineyard, lead to a smooth and persistent finish.

2021 Howell Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon
The wine is sourced from a small vineyard near the Las Posadas Forest, planted with three Cabernet clones (337, 341, 191 designations). We ferment and age the clones separately as each exhibits unique characteristics. The 2021 vintage leads with clone 337 (about two-thirds), and the resulting wine boasts some hearty tannins that are firm and structured with focused red fruits and botanical herbs.

2021 Lot No. 1 Cabernet Sauvignon
Opening with black currant, dried bay leaf, boysenberry and cinnamon on the nose, notes of red cherries, olive and dark chocolate alight the palate. Full-bodied with creamy tannins and a long, dusty finish, this wine is the ultimate expression of an optimal vintage.

2009 Lot No. 1 Cabernet Sauvignon
The 2009 harvest in Napa Valley was exceptional due to moderate temperatures, adequate rainfall and optimal conditions that allowed the grapes to ripen evenly, resulting in a wine with intense aromas, rich flavors and marvelous length.
