The Gryphon Cabernet Sauvignon was sourced from some of the most coveted vineyards in the Napa Valley, with a focus on the southern region to emphasize freshness and vibrancy.
The Gryphon is a testament to our dedication to quality and craftsmanship. Boysenberry and blackberry open the glass, brightened by a lift of dried mint and fennel and a delicate floral whisper of jasmine. A core of cool mineral and a touch of cocoa from fresh oak add depth and intrigue.
Medium-bodied and plush, with fine-grained tannins and a lively backbone of acidity, this wine feels grounded yet graceful — perfect with roasted meats, herb-forward dishes, or simply enjoyed by the glass as the sun sets. Decant or let breathe 20 minutes to unveil its evolving layers.
