A wine with a real point of view. Red cherry and leather meet fresh tarragon and quiet hints of anise and fennel on the nose, while raspberry leads on the palate, layered with game, white pepper, and fresh wood — the complexity of co-fermenting all four varieties together. Medium-bodied with rustic tannins and food-deserving acidity, aged 18 months in French puncheons. Pour it now with wood-fired pizza, braised short ribs, or a long table of friends.
