How It Works

When you sign-up for a Subscription, you’ll customize your first shipment right away. Subsequent shipments will be created for you automatically, based on your purchase history and at the frequency you have selected. You’ll receive an email notice 15 days prior to processing with an opportunity to further customize your selection before it is shipped out and delivered to your doorstep. The average cost per shipment varies based on your selection of wine, plus applicable tax & shipping fees.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I access or update my subscription account online?

Go to My Account and log in using the email address associated with your subscription. Once you have logged in, your Dashboard will show your order history, address book, payment methods and subscription details.

If this is your first time accessing your account, click the forgot password link and enter your email address. You’ll receive an email to update your password.

When do I receive my subscription shipments?

When you sign up for a Subscription, your first club shipment will be processed within 2 days. Your order will ship on the next available business day and you will receive tracking. All shipments require an adult signature of someone 21 years or older for delivery. We suggest a business address if possible.

Subsequent shipments will be processed at the frequency you have selected. For example, if your chosen frequency is every 3 months, your next shipment will be processed 3 months from the date of your previous shipment. You may change the frequency of your subscription shipments any time by logging into your account and going to Club Memberships.

How will I be notified about upcoming subscription shipments?

You’ll receive an Upcoming Shipment Notification email two weeks before the billing date for each shipment, plus a reminder email two days before billing, so that you may review and customize your shipment. We recommend adding wineclub@louismartini.com to your list of safe senders to ensure our emails reach your inbox.

Am I able to pause or skip my subscription shipments?

Yes. When you receive your Upcoming Shipment Notification by email, you may choose to skip your shipment if you are not ready to receive wine. You may also change your subscription frequency. Please note that subscription memberships with no shipment activity for 12 consecutive months may be deactivated, until you are ready to receive shipments again.

What if I want to receive the same wine each shipment?

As a Subscription member, when you are selecting wines for your shipment, you may choose what products may be included for future shipments. If you choose to receive new wines each time, we’ll create a curated shipment for you that you can edit. Or you may choose to receive the same products for all shipments and we’ll save the products you’ve selected for your order.

What if I don’t see the wine I want for my Subscription shipment?

The Select Subscription features our Special Selection tier of wines, which includes The Gryphon Cabernet Sauvignon, Cellar 254 Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Mountain Red, Gnarly Vine Zinfandel, Malbec, Petite Sirah, Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc. If a vintage of these wines is not available, it may be because we have sold out or inventory has become limited. You may contact us at 866-549-2582 or email wineclub@louismartini.com to request a specific vintage and we’ll be glad to assist.

Please note that wines in our Crown Cabernet Collection and our Lot No. 1 are not available in the Select Subscription. If you are interested in getting these wines in shipments, we suggest joining our wine club.

Do subscription members get tastings or events with membership?

Our Select Subscription is designed to give benefits in the form of discounted wine and shipping. If you are interested in a club program that includes wine tastings or event benefits at the winery, please consider joining our wine club.
