Citrus and fresh herb notes dominate this medium-bodied, nicely crisp wine for refreshing expression. Aged in a variety of concrete, stainless steel and neutral oak, with 6% viognier to soften it a bit. Very tangy and nervy at 3.1 pH and at a relatively low alcohol, it's linear and refreshing.
